I posted these pictures on my WW app with the following:
"I"m posting these two pictures to help myself! Since there was a full length mirror in the ladies locker room.
I am NOT happy with what I see!
But the good news is that I DID lost 2.6 pounds last week.
I DID do 2 water workouts!
I DID meal prep my food and snacks for the week!
I DID drink my water!
I DID take in more protein!
I AM doing this for me! I am doing this so I can look in the mirror and LOVE what I see!
I WILL be 80 pounds lighter by the end of the year!
I WILL be shopping for new clothes and not in the plus size section by the end of the year!
I WILL be held accountable for my actions and my choices!"
I posted that on my WW app before my water workout. Usually I don't get many likes or comments. But they blew me away when I checked on it this morning. Over 4524 likes and 542 comments!!! I have to say, when you start thinking/speaking positively, you attract positive! I love it! It makes me feel good. Especially to know that all of these likes and comments are genuine and come from people who are on the same journey. Fighting the same battle!
These pictures are my starting point. These pictures are going to be my reminder and my journey.
I am so thankful for the positive feed back and to know that others are watching and getting inspired by my story! So I am continuing on this journey not just because of the "attention" I get but because I need and want to be healthy and a normal weight!
For now I will continue my workouts in the water 2-3 times a week. I will continue to meal prep my meals for the week. I will continue to track my food and snacks. I will continue to make better choices. I will continue to drink my water.
Hey I've got a convertible car with my name on it by the end of the year!!
