Game Plan and Planned Rewards
Now that I'm more focused on getting the weight off of me, I decided to make a "game plan" for myself. And I've also decided to come up with some non food rewards for myself along the way.
Game Plan:
My game plan consists of sticking with Weight Watchers from now until the end of the year. This means following their plan and sticking to my points. By following their plan I should lose between 1 and 2 pounds a week. That would be equivalent to 37-74 pounds by the end of the year.
Meal prepping my breakfasts and lunches for the work week, every week. This will help me to stay within my allotted points. It will help me to not grab things that are not point friendly. Or go buy food that is loaded in grease and points!
Rewards for Goals:
Pounds Lost Reward
25 Manicure/Pedicure
50 60 min professional massage
75 Hubby says he'll buy me the convertible I want
100 New wardrobe!!!
135 Trip to Disney World!!!
